Welcome to our website subscription service. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Contract Duration
The client agrees to adhere to the selected contract duration (12, 18, or 24 months). In case of early termination, the functionality of the website will be suspended, and necessary measures will be taken for data and content retention.
Acceptance of Service Agreement
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the client acknowledges that they have received, read, and agreed to the terms outlined in the Service Agreement provided by Go Digitals LLC.
This acceptance confirms the client’s agreement to the contract, and is considered legally binding in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
The client understands that no additional physical signature is required, and that acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes full acceptance of the Service Agreement.
Billing and Payments
The subscription will be automatically charged to the client’s credit card each month (if the monthly payment option is chosen). Payment will be made at the end of each month of service.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide updated credit card information in case of loss or changes for other reasons.
The first month of service is free, activating upon payment of the initial fee. The first charge will occur at the end of the second month after the initial fee has been paid.
Subscription Inclusions
Design and Initial Development:
The subscription includes initial web design and development.
Maintenance and Security:
The service includes monthly maintenance, security, optimization, and backups while the subscription is active.
Domain and Hosting:
Domain and hosting are provided continuously while the subscription is active.
Plan Changes
During the subscription, the client may upgrade to a higher plan or extend the contract duration.
Downgrades to lower plans or reductions in contract duration are not permitted.
Website Modifications
The client has the right to access and modify their website. Alternatively, we can make modifications for an additional cost (see price menu).
Cancellation and Data Retention
The subscription cannot be canceled during the contract term, including the free month.
The subscription can only be canceled if the total contract value is paid.
If the client cancels the contract before expiration, data and content retention will occur, and the site will no longer be available online. Early cancellation will be reported to financial entities, which may affect the client’s credit.
Upon contract completion, the client may request the transfer of their web design and development to another hosting provider for an additional fee.
Usage Rights
The client retains usage rights over their website, subject to acceptable use policies and terms established in this contract.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely information and feedback to ensure on-time delivery of the website.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify services or these terms and conditions with prior notice to the client.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Client information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and privacy, complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection.
